Intercontinental Bangkok By Ihg Hotel

Just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Bangkok with very nice value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it a comfortable stay. Make sure to explore the local area for dining options outside the hotel.

It has marvellous and very convenience location in Bangkok just next door to the malls around, and several large and well provisioned shopping plazas. The restaurant food is nice, and the breakfast offered is awesome and marvellous with food from all over the world, nice view, espresso.

This hotel is safe and fairly clean with excellant location in center of Bangkok for everything and fantastic friendly stuff. At the cigar bar they serve awesome food and drinks. It offers outstanding service. No complaints, thank you very much for a GOOD stay.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, thanks to Supamas, whose warm hospitality made our mornings perfect. Check-out was smooth and professional, ensuring a stress-free departure.

Perfect spot for city vibes

Really enjoyed our stay! The concierge was amazing, helping us find authentic Thai food that was cozy, not touristy. The view from our room on the 29th floor was fine! The breakfast selection was huge, but it got super crowded. Coffee took forever. Still, it was like a laid-back getaway in the hustle of the city.

The location of the hotel could not be matched. Staff were friendly and accommodating

Although the staff were friendly, many did not seem quite certain about what needed to be done. Staff on the club floor were often absent - with no one there to take a drink / morning coffee order. Not quite 5 star service.

Particularly good and perfect location next to shopping malls with views of the skyline. Easy check-in, late check-out, experienced staff...

We booked club room, breakfast for club rooms could be better with more varieties. Suggest & recommend "halal muslim" food to be provided since a lot of Muslims & Arabs stays in this hotel

You wouldn't believe how fantastic the staff was! I had a moment when the concierge helped us plan an entire day out and even made reservations at a restaurant I didn't even know existed. The Club Lounge? Absolutely great! The attention to detail from Phee and her team felt personal, like they were inviting us into their own home.

Sure it wasn't inexpensive but worth every dime.

Excellent staff, location, near to shopping malls, taxis are always available, clean, wireless high speed Internet, conveient ... Etc.

Internet is not free with the room and it costly. Also, the AC was running automatically when you leave the room which means the room will be freezing when you come back, this is the only thing which disturbed me. I hope the hotel takes care about this point.
